How do I apply for a B2B account?
Click the Apply for a B2B Account button at the top of this page and complete the registration form. You'll be asked to provide your organization name, contact details, and upload your required documentation (W-9, and a sales tax exemption certificate if applicable).
Once submitted, our team will review your application and activate your account within 1 business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with login instructions — check your junk or spam folder if you don't see it.
Who is eligible for a B2B account?
B2B accounts are available to verified business and laboratory customers, including:
- Commercial and clinical laboratories
- Academic and research institutions
- Pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies
- Contract research organizations (CROs)
- Procurement and purchasing departments

What documents do I need to apply?
All applicants must submit a completed W-9 form. If your organization is claiming sales tax-exempt status, you will also need to provide a valid sales tax exemption or resale certificate for your state.
How long does account approval take?
Applications are typically reviewed and activated within 1 business day of submission. You'll receive an email confirmation once your account is live and ready to use.

Can multiple people at my organization have login access?
Yes. B2B accounts support multiple users within a single organization. The account administrator can add team members, assign purchasing permissions, and optionally require order approvals before any purchase is finalized.
How is my B2B pricing applied at checkout?
Once you're logged into your B2B account, your contracted pricing is applied automatically to all products in your cart — no manual code entry required. Your discounted price will be visible on each product listing and reflected throughout the checkout process.
What qualifies for free shipping, and how is the $1,000 threshold calculated?
Free shipping is available on all B2B orders with a subtotal of $1,000 or more (after any applicable discounts, before tax). The threshold is calculated on the order subtotal — not individual line items.
Free shipping applies to standard ground delivery within the contiguous United States. Expedited shipping and orders to non-contiguous locations may be subject to additional charges.
Can I see my pricing before placing an order?
Yes. When you're signed in to your B2B account, your exclusive pricing is displayed on every product listing — no need to add items to your cart first. You can browse the full catalog and see your contracted pricing at a glance.
How do I reorder items I've purchased before?
Your full order history is accessible from your account dashboard — duplicate any past order in a single click for fast replenishment. You can also use the Quick Order tool to search by product name, SKU, or barcode, or upload a CSV or PDF to instantly build your cart without browsing the catalog.
How do I add or update a shipping address?
Additional ship-to addresses can be managed from your account settings. As the account administrator, you can add, edit, or remove delivery addresses at any time. Team members can be assigned access to specific shipping destinations as well.
How will I be billed for online orders?
Orders placed through the B2B portal can be paid by credit card at checkout. Established accounts may also be eligible for Pay on Account (net terms billing) — pre-agreed payment terms are applied automatically at checkout once approved. Can I request a formal quote before placing an order?
Yes. If your procurement process requires a formal quote prior to purchase, please contact our team at info@birchbiotech.com with your product list and quantities. We'll provide a written quote promptly.
How do I track my order after it's placed?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
How do I download a Certificate of Analysis (COA) or Safety Data Sheet (SDS)?
COAs and SDSs are available directly from each product page on the webstore. COAs are lot-specific — you'll need your product SKU and lot number, which are printed on your bottle label. If you need assistance locating a document, contact us at info@birchbiotech.com.
