Qualifying as an Authorized Customer

In order to process your order, we kindly ask for the necessary business documentation. Our supply of chemicals is exclusively reserved for Analytical Testing Laboratories and Authorized Customers.

To place an order for chemicals or other restricted products for your laboratory, please ensure your ID includes your business name and shipping address. Email your documentation to "Orders@birchbiotech.com". Please include your Company Name in the subject line, and specify the part number(s) and quantities in the body of the email.

Acceptable forms of ID include:

- Documentation issued by the state containing your organization's Federal Tax ID Number
- Any state-issued identification showcasing the business name and address
- Business License issued by the city or county

Please note: We do not ship chemicals to residential addresses, PO Boxes, or fulfillment centers (UPS or FedEx Stores). Our shipments are exclusively to certified analytical testing laboratories with a verified business license and address. Thank you for your cooperation.
